Terms and Conditions

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of RSPL Group (Baker by Chance) on following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Buy Baker by Chance product and get a cashback voucher, use the code to avail cashback INR 150/- (INR One Hundred and Fifty Only).
  2. The campaign is valid for 3 months from 1st April 2024 to 30th June, 2024 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
  3. Offer is applicable and valid only one time per user, per household, per mobile number, per lifetime.
  4. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited / not allowed.
  5. Baker by Chance products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
  6. Cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  7. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of RSPL Group (Baker by Chance), and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
  8. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non-encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  9. In case of any misuse, reverse engineering, fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person, RSPL Group (Baker by Chance) and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) reserve the right to deny participation and take action under law.
  10. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability shall fall upon either party. Kikoy Promotions LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, governmental actions or other force majeure circumstances.
  11. By participating, each participant agrees to hold harmless both parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from this Program or the use of the reward.
  12. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to amend details without notice.
  13. The Offer cannot be redeemed after expiry of the Offer Period and no new Unique Code will be issued if lost or stolen.
  14. If the participant is registered under DND / NDNC or has opted out of campaign communication, RSPL Group (Baker by Chance) and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for non-delivery of messages.
